1. DZ indentified ny position from Lake TUNHODV. No reception on DZ Crupper33. 3 Packages and 3 bundles of leaflets for release upwind from Oslo, No active opposition encountered but flak observed near Oslo. All returned safely to base.

Weather good over DZ. Visibilitty 10-15 miles. Wind 355/26 mph. Over sea some showeers, occational low cloud down to 500'. Disappointing trip. No reception at DZ. Probably due to A/C arriving half hour to late.
2. Pinpoint identified by light flash "J" and geographical features. Sucessfully drop 18 containers across lights. 3 packages not dropped as doors were frozen and jammed. Brought back.

Weather on the whole excellent. No cloud over Norway. Wind at 1000' northerly 30-35 mph. Good trip.

Kommentar: 1 over DZ 03:59 til 04:17. 2 dropped 04:00.
HS8-145p286/7: A/C had to circle 15 min before lights to come on. Field acknowledged load.
Konklusjon: F/O Sloan var på feil sted - lyset ble tent da han kom, og det andre flyet slapp mens han påstår å være der.
