DZ find by map reading and GEE fix, and cheked by bearing , and distance on Rebecca at 243 deg, 11 mls, in pos 5947N/07632E, and correct letter. Dropped around centre light, 3 runs between 01:05-01:12. Containers seen on ground allong first two lights of flare. Containers +2P on first run, 1 pack 2 round, 3 packs 3rd run,

Base - Wells - RAEGEFJORD 5819/0615E - DZ. RSR
Nautical twilight 22:00, 8-10/10 and covering hills for first 70 miles to NIL. Very bright moonlight as briefed in DZ area.
Light flashing very slowly, Good flare path with red llights missing. Navigation was difficult owing to DR compass U/S and P10 inefficient.
2. Halifax NA293 on SOE operation Stirrup 4. TOT 01:02+01:21. 4 runs, were made owing to difficult nature of DZ to deliever 13 continers and 3 packages. DZ find by map reading and correct letter flare path, In foirst run, cont and 1 oack, 2 pk 2nd, and 2 each on 3rd and 4th, run, Containers and packages seen on ground.
